Howard Dean, Chairman of the Democratic National Committee:
“The idea that we are going to win this war is an idea that unfortunately is just plain wrong,” he said.
Calling President Bush’s plan in Iraq a “failed strategy, Dean said he and most Democrats support bringing home an estimated 80,000 National Guard and reserve troops within the next six months.
Someone tell this dip sh*t how saying things like this affect our troops morale and more importantly, the morale of our ENEMY.
You know, our enemy, those misunderstood, poverty stricken, “Minute Men”, peace loving, insurgent heroes. The same guys who hack the heads off of innocent civilians, who blow up bombs outside of mosques after prayer time, who hate YOU, yes you average Joe American and who’s goal is a world wide Islamic Caliphate where they can oppress women, kill Jews and kill gays to their hearts content and where they can bring Western culture kicking and screaming back to the 7th century.

They want to destroy our way of life because they say it is evil. This is not about the U.S. being a bully or starting a war or supporting dictators or “causing” poverty. Nope. It is about the Islamobastards low self esteem and their need to prove that their manhood is bigger than ours.
Mr. Dean, saying things like we can not win this war helps our enemy. Plain and simple.
Of course, once caught Dean fessed up right? Nope. His spokesperson said:
Republicans were “cherry-picking” Dean’s words “just like they cherry-picked the pre-war intelligence.”
Right….
I am sure we just took it out of context….

Why do you insist on posting things like this? My blood pressure is surely bad enough as it is.
Maybe Dean can go over as part of a peace-making convoy or something. Maybe somebody should suggest THAT to him. Maybe he should arrange a face to face meeting with these poor, misunderstood freedom fighters >ack! gag!cough!
