I have just received intelligence that the Yard Gnomes are organizing at a faster pace than we had anticipated. It appears they have an underwater Command and Control base in Northern England.

The details are very sketchy at this time. The only verified report of its existence can be found here.

We lost another agent attempting to gather more photographic intelligence. She was able to take this murky picture of Gnomes working on the underwater command center:

We were hoping to take the bulk of the Yard Gnomes out in a tactical nuclear strike like we did in Operation Bye Bye Birdie, but now that they have a hidden Command Center at the bottom of a very deep lake, other options must be considered.

I am also getting worried that the Yard Gnomes may strike during the end of the Holiday Season. Our Secretary of War, Cullen has been MIA for the past few days. Our agents are trying to contact him so that he may unleash the full power of NEOCON to investigate the evil Yard Gnomes.
