Jeff over at The Shape of Days had a funny little screed the other day about trying to book a flight online.

Got a pretty cheap flight to Reagan, if you can believe that. I have to connect through East St. Louis and spend a night in a haunted house, but I got the flight.

It insisted that my session had timed out. Unless the time-out limit is three seconds, I’m pretty sure the site lied.

Something about the phrasing just makes me laugh every time I read it. “I’m pretty sure the site lied”, what a wonderful line.
