**Disclaimer: I do not enjoy making fun of a persons religion. I really don’t. But I believe in free speech and radical Islam is not only against free speech but against freedom in general. If we do not stand up and fight their demands, then they will begin to take our freedoms away from us. Also, come talk to me when a Christian is able to open a bible in public in Saudi Arabia without being hauled before your religious police and executed. Until then, I do not have much to say to you.***

It appears that many militant Muslims are rather thin skinned when it comes to the “prophet” Mohamed. If you draw funny pictures of him doing things that they object to, but that he really did, they seem to demand apologies or they will go on a murderous rampage.

I understand that your “god” is very important to you. My God is very important to me. As is such, I do not like seeing “art” that defiles my God. See, you are I have more in common than you think.

But the big difference is that when my religion is defiled, and it is ALL the time ALL over the world, I will sit down and write a letter to the offending newspaper, TV station, writer, whatever. I may, may even march in a demonstration asking that you please stop showing “art” that has my God covered in piss.

When your religion is defiled or even reported to be defiled or is scrutinized or even questioned, you either go on a murderous rampage or threaten to go on one. And demand death to JOOOS just because what’s a murderous rampage without a few well chanted “Death to Israel! Death to Jews!”?

So, when a Danish newspaper printed comics showing Mohamed in ways that you objected to, you demand an apology (good), threaten boycotts (I can see your point), threaten/carry out violence (not good at all) and try to get the UN to condemn Danish newspapers for exercising free speech (you guys are off your rocker).

Now that the scene has been set, let’s continue.

***Update***: The owner of France Soir “removed managing editor Jacques Lefranc ‘as a powerful sign of respect for the intimate beliefs and convictions of every individual’.”

The president of the French Council of the Muslim Faith (CFCM), Dalil Boubakeur, had described France Soir’s publication as an act of “real provocation towards the millions of Muslims living in France”.

See how that works? It’s not the fault of millions of Muslims for wanting to murder blasphemers, they were provoked.

British Muslims honest enough to tell us what Muhammed and his followers did to those who blasphemed: killed them. Funny, I don’t recall reading any stories of the Buddha killing the Hindu Brahmans who scorned him, nor do I recall stories of Jesus murdering the Pharasees. I thought all religions were basically the same?
