Am I the only person in the world that can’t spell?

For the life of me I forget how to spell sweat and sweet. Kind of like desert and dessert.

I was typing a comment on someone else’s blog this AM and was wanting to type that I barely perspired, i.e. sweated, I swear I had to go to the dictionary to look it up because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t typing about how sweet I was.

Bah!

Stupid English Language.

It’s your Westover education catching up with you. My slacker excuse always ends up being that English is my 2nd language, so everyone has to just give me a break. I guess you can’t use that excuse. I tend to usually type everything into “Word”, do a spell check, and then “copy/paste” to the forum/board/blog. Of course I didn’t feel that same pressure on your blog, since we share the same eduwekasional bakgrnd. :-)

You got a point my friend. See being another nationality comes in handy from time to time.

As far as using Word, I do the same thing when I write my posts and leave comments. But when it is the right spelling, but the wrong word, I am screwed.

Just ask Loyal Reader #1 Crotalus….hmmm, I have not heard from him in awhile. I hope the nuclear plant is still up and running.
