Have you ever known, really known, in your heart what to do but you were too afraid to do it?
What happens if I fail?
What happens if nothing happens?
What if I look like a fool?
Then there is that still small voice that says, “Don’t you trust me?”
Well, of course I trust you, but this is different. This is outside my comfort zone. It is not my gifting. How do I know You will act?
Again, there is that still small voice that says, “Yeah, but don’t you trust me?”
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I trust you with my life but still…
“Need I remind you of your favorite saying? You know, ‘better to do something…’”
Yeah, I get your point.
*deep breath*
Ok. Here goes everything. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I trust you.

Just read that you are a graduate of Georgia Tech (and probably a heck of an engineer)! I thought I’d let you know that I just LOVE the Georgia Tech fight song.
When I was little, my dad had an album of college fight songs, & I would march around the living room with the voume turned up to “Rambling Wreck from Geogia Tech”.
I’m sure that was a huge disappointment to my dad, the Notre Dame grad. What can I say? Your school has THE best fight song of all time!
Waiting with anticipation for the next installment.
Get busy living or get busy dyin Bro! Keep your wits about you and follow your gut!
Get outside “your” comfort zone (protect your family whilst) and see where it takes you. Although, I’m not one to talk, but I appreciate your gumption! Even more so since recently becoming a father. You’re a good family man from what I’ve read, and I think you’ll do OK with whatever decision you make!
