Madi turns 4 this weekend and we have noticed that she is just a little different than her two older brothers…no joke…I know…

She is quite the little mother, especially when it comes to me.

Lately she has been my shadow. Constantly around me, worrying about me. Making sure I’m ok. She’s been full of hugs and kisses as well and I love it.

As mentioned earlier, I moved into a new office last week. Today, Jen brought the kids by to see me. They were all inquisitive, but Madi was the funniest.

In her broken 4 year old English, she proceeded to ask/say:

Madi: (pointing to a can of soda on my desk) There’s your dwink when you get tired.

Madi: (looking at my chair) Is this your chair? (pointing to the door) Did it fit froo the doora? (yes add the “a” sound)

Madi: (looking down the hall) Is that your potty? You can line up. (I was assuming she was talking about how they line up at school for potty breaks)

She was so concerned about me. Hopefully now that she has seen my new office, she can rest easy.
