I read this in college and enjoyed it. Seeing how that was over 10 years ago, it’s time to re-read it.

Then I’m going to read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?

Then?

Don’t know, but I’m sure I’ll think of something.

    Dick? Sheep?

I’m starting to worry about you, man…

If you like Dick’s books, you should pick up Nueromancer by William Gibson. Anything by Gibson actually. Have you read the Ringworld books by Larry Niven? Those too.

Ken, no need to worry. Now, if this were Bingley writing this post…that’s another story.

    Cullen,

I had a science fiction class in college and we had to read many great books. I read Ringworld and The Man in the High Castle.

Another one that I really enjoyed was The Stars My Destination by Alfred Bester.

I had to read Neuromancer in my freshman English class in college which was taught by one of the more extreme feminists I’ve ever come across. Anyway, we discussed the cyberpunk genre in great detail. I didn’t enjoy the book, probably because of my issues with the Professor.

TMITHC is an excellent PKD book. And dude, Neuromancer created cyberpunk.

I still say you need to read Ender’s Game. It is quite possibly the best science fiction novel ever written.

Ok Crotalus, I’ll add Ender’s Game to the stack of stuff.
